Bank connection alerts that reach your whole team

When a linked bank connection needs to be re-authenticated, every admin now gets notified, not just the person who originally set it up. Connections get fixed faster and your data stays current.

Pay any bill in one guided flow

Bill pay has been rebuilt as a single guided experience. Upload an invoice and Flex extracts the vendor's banking details for you, then shows you exactly which payment methods are available for that vendor. Fewer forms, fewer surprises, faster payments.

Move money across your businesses

If you run multiple businesses on Flex, you can now transfer funds between their banking accounts directly, without routing through an outside bank. One owner, many entities, one place to move money.

Repay Credit and Capital from your Flex banking account

Your Flex banking account can now be used as the funding source to repay your Flex credit card and Capital advances. Keep your operating cash and your repayments in one place.

If an automatic repayment pull fails at your bank, you get a text immediately so you can fix the funding source or pay another way. After three failed attempts we pause and alert our team, so a balance never quietly grows on a dead bank link.
