Early access: expense management with receipts that capture themselves

We are rolling out a new expense management experience. After a card purchase, cardholders get a text prompting them for the receipt, or they can forward it by email, and it matches to the transaction automatically. Admins can set card spend policies that require receipts and memos above the thresholds they choose, so every dollar is accounted for without chasing anyone down. A redesigned Flex business credit card application

Applying for the Flex business credit card just got a major upgrade. The application has been redesigned from the ground up with a cleaner flow and identity verification built right in, so you can go from start to submitted faster.

Pay bills and send invoices from your global accounts

Your global currency accounts now work with Bill Pay and Invoicing. Pay vendors and get paid across borders from the same place you run the rest of your business, with all of your accounts together on a single accounts page.

A real queue for bill approvals

Bills waiting on review now appear in the Action required tab in Payments, so approvers see everything that needs their attention in one place. Your team can also submit bills for approval before choosing a funding account: the approver picks how to pay when it is time to pay.

Books that stay reconciled on their own

Accounting feeds now reconcile daily, filling gaps and removing duplicates automatically. Vendors are created and matched to QuickBooks as transactions come in, so your books stay accurate without manual cleanup.

Autopay on your terms for Bill Pay Later

Autopay for Bill Pay Later is no longer net 60 only. Set automatic repayment on net 1, 7, 15, 30, or 45 day terms, whichever matches your cash flow.

Onboarding that speaks international

Registration now accepts international business addresses and international phone numbers, with country-aware formatting across login, registration, and applications. If you run entities or teams across borders, getting started with Flex no longer requires a US address and phone number.

Collect invoice payments into your global accounts

Invoices you send can now settle directly into your global currency accounts. Bill a client abroad, get paid in their currency, and keep the funds where you need them.

Refer other owners from your dashboard

A new referrals page lets you share your referral link with other business owners and track the status of your referrals, right from the app.

Fill up in one swipe

We raised fuel pump authorization limits on Flex commercial cards from $100 to $300. If your team runs trucks or equipment, one swipe now covers the full tank.

Choose how you verify

During sign-up, you can now switch between text message and email for your verification code. If one channel is slow, use the other and keep moving.

Pay down Bill Pay Later your way

You can now make multiple repayments against a single Bill Pay Later advance. Pay down your balance in pieces as cash comes in, instead of waiting to settle it all at once.

Bill Pay Later Autopay

Set up automatic repayment for your Bill Pay Later balance using your Flex banking account or an external bank account. Autopay is now available for all Bill Pay Later customers. Overdue balances will automatically pause your credit line until repayment is made, keeping your account in good standing.

Flex got a visual upgrade. A new navigation layout, updated colors, and a cleaner overall design make the app faster to navigate and easier on the eyes. This is the first step in a broader refresh built to keep Flex feeling as premium as the businesses that use it.
