Bill Pay ACH Repayment
You can now repay your Bill Pay Later balance directly from an external bank account via ACH, right from the app. No more workarounds for paying down your balance.
Invoice Cancellation
Cancel invoices directly from the UI, whether they're in a Sent or Overdue state. More control over your accounts receivable workflow.
Estimate Email Customization
When sending estimates to your clients, you can now customize the email subject and body — making your outreach more personal and professional.
Pay by Bank for Invoices
Customers receiving your Flex invoices can now pay directly from their bank account via Plaid. When payment is sent, the invoice moves to "processing" and is automatically marked paid when funds settle. One less thing for you to chase down.

We've rolled out a redesigned company dashboard with a cleaner look and actionable CTAs. The dashboard now surfaces the most relevant next steps for your business, whether that's applying for a new product or taking action on something that needs your attention.
Rewards Redemption to Any Bank Account
Owners can now redeem their cashback rewards to bank accounts that aren't connected via Plaid. Your rewards, your choice of where they go.
Email OTP & Default MFA
You can now use email as a login verification method and set your preferred MFA as the default. Next time you log in, the code is sent automatically to your preferred channel — no extra steps.
Flex Capital Top-Ups
Need more capital? Flex Capital now supports top-ups — increasing your total financing amount with an additional fee. You can also view your full finance history and update repayment configurations including payment frequency, remittance percentage, and default payment accounts.
Faster Credit Activation
Eligible customers on our commercial credit program can now receive instant credit activation, getting you access to your credit line faster than ever.
Banking Statement Uploads
Can't connect Plaid or prefer not to? You can now upload banking statements directly during your application. We've extended our document collection to give you more options while keeping the process smooth.
Repayment Setup Onboarding
New credit customers are now guided through setting up their payment configuration immediately after accepting their offer. Easy setup for first payments — you'll choose how you want to pay from day one.
Elite Consumer Application Flow
Existing Flex business owners can now add a consumer organization and apply for Elite credit directly within the app when invited. One seamless flow from commercial to consumer.
Bill Pay Later CSV Export
You can now download a CSV of all your Bill Pay Later transactions to reconcile your books at month's end. This was a direct response to owner feedback — close your books faster without calling support.
Elite Consumer Credit — Alpha Launch
We've issued the first batch of Flex Elite consumer credit lines. The Elite card is live and in hands at Art Basel. A phased rollout to existing Flex business owners begins soon.
Multi-Org V1 is Live
A massive milestone for Flex: owners of multiple closely held businesses can now create additional organizations and switch between them within a single login — on web, iOS, and Android. One login. All your businesses.
Cross-Organization Team Management
